KID’S JOHN 3:16

Purpose

   Kids to learn to obey the Great Commission by sharing their faith to their parents, friends, playmates, schoolmates, and other relatives by using John 3:16. Hoping at the end of this program, kids will be able to share their faith not only by using John 3:16 but other scripture verses as well.

What to expect from this evangelistic program

     Kids will learn the meaning, the reasons, and how to do evangelism and its importance for the Lord Servant’s Church’s fulfillment of the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus.

JOHN 3:16 IS GOD’S GOOD NEWS TO THE WHOLE WORLD!

Word for Today

              God’s good news

              John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that he gave his one and

              only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have

              eternal life.

              John 3:17 - For God did not send his Son into the world to  

              condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

              2 Peter 3:9 - … He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to

              perish, but everyone to come to repentance.

HEARING: JOHN 3:16 – GOD’S GOOD NEWS TO THE WHOLE WORLD

   John 3:16 is God’s good news to the whole world because John 3:16 reveals that:

1. GOD LOVES THE WHOLE WORLD

    All races (from old testament to new testament), ages, kids, children, disabled…gives life, food, air to

    breath…

   Psalm 103:8 - The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding in love.

         A. Even we are all sinners

             Romans 3:23 - For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

         B. Even we deserve to be punished

             Romans 6:23 - For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is

             eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

2. GOD SENT HIS SON TO SAVE THE WHOLE WORLD

    All are sinners and all deserve to die. God can destroy the universe

    anytime if He wants. But, God chose to save people out of His love and

    grace!   

    John 3:17 - For God did not send his Son into the world to  

    condemn the world, but to save the world through him.

    Remember: Jesus is coming back not as a baby anymore but a Mighty Warrior – Revelation 19:11-21

3. GOD ONLY WANTS US TO BELIEVE IN HIS SON TO HAVE ETERNAL LIFE

    All are qualified to be saved because all are sinners.

    He is not asking anybody to change first his/her life before coming to Jesus.

    Heaven is a free gift of God for sinners who want to be saved!

    Nothing to do, just believe!

LIVING: We have Good News for everybody: young, old, rich, poor, abused,

             desperate, hopeless…we have to tell them that God loves them

             unconditionally.

             * MANY PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING AND DYING WITHOUT ANY HOPE EVERY SECOND, EVERY MINUTE,

                EVERY HOUR, EVERY DAY…WE DON’T WANT THEM TO SUFFER MORE IN HELL...SOME OF THEM

                ARE ALREADY SUFFERING SO MUCH like in Philippines

            GOD DOESN’T WANT US TO KEEP THIS GOOD NEWS TO OURSELVES…HE WANTS US TO SHARE

            THIS GREAT NEWS TO THE WHOLE WORLD!

             * That is why we need to be serious and willing to learn to share

                John 3:16 to all and willing to sacrifice as a way of telling Jesus

                that this is how much we love Him!
